I got a call a few years back from a group looking for donations for the KPD. As soon as I asked for their PBA leader during the plea for funds, the solicitor fell quiet. Hung up the phone.
I told Wayne the next time I bumped into him, where he told me he knew nothing about the calls.
Its everywhere people! Don't give money to groups over the phone.
