TROOPER ARRESTS COP
Although the arresting officer did have to match the speed of the other cop, she deserves a medal for following through with the arrest.
The final sentence is worth the wait. She explains that they finally caught him. Caught him? This was a regular occurrence?

I drive that area and 120 isn't all that unusual.
You would NEVER see any of this around here,although one HIGH ranking law-enforcement officer breaks the law nightly. I heard he even lost his badge in a drunken stupor.
Driving around Miami at night is completely insane. The left lane on nearly every hwy is doing a hundred. You stick to middle and hope nobody clips you as they whiz by on both sides. If all the Miami drivers were to visit here the troopers would shut down the thruway.
