MADSEN FUNDRAISER @ LITTLE ITALY

Please join
U.C. Comptroller Elliott Auerbach and Independence Chair Len Bernardo
for my kick-off re-election fundraiser Wednesday, April 22, 2009
6 pm until 8 pm

Frank Guido’s Little Italy is at 14 Thomas St. Kingston, NY 12401
Light fare and cash bar upstairs.

An amazing mix of guests have already planned on attending. You should too.
This is the first time I have put something like this for ME on the Blog. I figured, If I have it, I may as well use it. It should be a fun event for everyone.

Special Note: I will be providing a 50/50 where the kitty will be added to the donations collected locally for AIDSWalk2009 in NYC May 17th.
This is an annual journey for me and have been proud to deliver hundreds of dollars each year from City employees, friends and neighbors for over a decade.

Feeling the heat Mike. Bet you wish you hadn't blown off all the local unions. Your adversaries are courting them as we speak. Good luck Mike you're going to need it this year.

Considering what I did in the last minute of the budget vote with Ms Edwards, I'm sure CSEA is upset with me.
Actually no union reps from any department have opened the endorsement process yet.
Just the fact that the Mayor would like to send me packing is enough to breathe new life into all that I do.
Thanks for the encouragement though.

Mike, you are a trooper.
You'll do just fine as more people discover what they could lose with you on the sidelines.

Thats one thing you have in common with the CSEA leadership. The Mayor wants to send you both packing. Don't let Charlie Thomas or the Mayor fill out your paperwork and you will be fine.

It will be a great night and a better year! Your friends admire you. Your "frenemies" should inspire you. Keep up the good work, Mike!

Mike- A great turnout- super food- Little Italy probably the Jewel of the restaurants in the City.

Hope you can be on board to raise dollars for the American Cancer Society Chapter here in Kingston for the annual Relay for Life - May 30 2009- Dietz Stadium- The cure for cancer is close- but you have to visit your physician- cancer can be conquered, but it must be found early.
Although the city has many of its employees participating in this annual event- not City of Kingstonn Team since TR died. Last team was May 2001.

take care
