It seems some people in Russia are taking the War On Drugs into their own hands.
With so many people dying from overdose or involvement in the drug trade throughout their country, vigilantes have taken up marking the dealers with waterproof Red Dye.

What's wrong with that idea? Nuttin'. Hope the local drug dealers like the color red. Ya' get caught red handed..ooops. Too bad!
We could use red ink for the bloods, blue for the crips!
