Intelligence collection and analysis concerning gangs is critical to determine the relationship between the different gang members, the different gangs and specifically the relationship between the older and younger members.
Resources to be used in this critical step involve Ulster County Department of Probation, NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. Also includes the Kingston and Ellenville Police Departments, and the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement and Narcotics Team.
Sounds like Jon will be be on the same page as Mayor Shayne Gallo come January 1st.

Did anyone notice the irony here? This is a small city park where the issue of "Quality of Life" is as prominent as JOBS. What do we see? The gate is locked in the middle of the day! Does the city really care about midtown? Did the current Alderman even notice it was locked? Did she pursue the issue?
This is typical in Kingston. Services cut and taxes rise while "Not My Job" rules the day throughout the city. Something better change...and quick.
The way Jon Sennett talks I think he was Max Headroom back in the 80's
Playgrounds are for kids, not gangbangers. Community means families with kids, not crime families. The face of Kingston has grown old and ugly under this defunct group of hasbeens. It's time for a changing of the guard. The gauntlet has been thrown down nyc style. With Sennett and Gallo in office this park will be for kids again.
Whitlock has no idea what goes on in her ward, she never attends council meetings. Hoffay must be loooking for a new job.
Check out the Ulster County Bar Association review. The link is at the Freeman. It looks like an endorsement to me.
