I just hope the Obama campaign really understands that the only way to get through to the white trash core of Republican life is with negative attacks....it's sad but true.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24135583.post-91199869023280697542008-09-06T13:55:00.000-04:002008-09-06T13:55:00.000-04:00Sarah Palin was McCain's pick, to try to appease t...Sarah Palin was McCain's pick, to try to appease the right-wing faction of his party, who quite frankly, run the party. I was hoping McCain truly was a maverick as he says, but if you want 4 more disastrous years of the Republican right running the country (into the ground, as they have for the last 8), by all means, vote for McCain. At one time, McCain was an independent thinker, but to win this election, he has had to kowtow to his base. That shows no maverick attitude, no courage, and no judgment, despite all the rhetoric to the opposite.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24135583.post-79827208386326640522008-09-06T11:11:00.000-04:002008-09-06T11:11:00.000-04:00Isn't all of this something like saying the "comma...Isn't all of this something like saying the "commanders" matter but the front line soldiers (or the common people) don't...?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24135583.post-6261596022648029602008-09-06T09:48:00.000-04:002008-09-06T09:48:00.000-04:00There’s a world of difference between pointing out...There’s a world of difference between pointing out that experience gained as a small-town mayor doesn’t quite measure up to the requirements for the Vice-President’s position on the one hand, and on the other saying that community organizers have no responsibility.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24135583.post-36297750246032565962008-09-06T09:00:00.000-04:002008-09-06T09:00:00.000-04:00Its amazing how some turn around the meaning of a ...Its amazing how some turn around the meaning of a comment. Palen had been attacked by Democrats, yes Obama Democrats, mocking her experience as a Mayor as amounting to nothing at all. She hit back by saying a Mayor is in the very least equal to being a community organizer (Obamma's experience) only a Mayor has responsibilities. She is right on. Ms. Sarah, on the other hand, pulled down a $68,000 a year salary and promptly turned over the actual work to an Administrator she hired.

I guess she needed all that spare time to get pork for her town and run up a 20 million debt she left behind.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24135583.post-34092595671528785892008-09-05T22:24:00.000-04:002008-09-05T22:24:00.000-04:00No, it's not true. The "attack" was aimed at Obama by the way.

I guess it is okay for Democrats to attack Sarah on everything they can think of. They call for DNA testing to prove her son his her own.
